THE DOCKVAN LIFT SYSTEM

Our experience loading and unloading cargo from loading docks into vans by hand, and then unloading them by hand at the delivery destination for a regional cartage and delivery company led us to create the DOCKVAN system that equips hightop cargo vans to be used as mini-dock trucks. This system allows vans to load and unload pallets at dock height using a pallet jack.

The DOCKVAN system includes a hydraulic lift-deck mounted inside the rear doors of the van. A slide-out / Slide-in dockplate that spans from the van lift-deck to the dock you are loading or unloading from. And a diamond plate floor deck that surrounds the hydraulic lift deck and creates a floor of even height when the lift-deck is in the lowered position. The floor surround deck has storage hatches built into it for storing tie-downs, pallet wrap, tools, etc… Our lift and deck system includes 8 tie-down locations that are built into it, making it easy to secure a load.
